Its total exterior maturation is pleasant to the eye and its pulp is reddish orange, sweet like few others and quite consistent. This variety has a pleasant and smooth aroma, an added value that allows it to position itself among other varieties. One of the characteristics that the international markets like is that it has excellent fruit uniformity, ideal for packaging and demonstration on shelves, since it has no variation in formats.

Papaya contains minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus, which help restore the body’s acid-base balance. Luengo points out that it provides a somewhat higher amount of magnesium and potassium.
